Light In The Shade author Pam was asked to do a Writers' Workshop as an event in the recent Woodford Festival. Pam says:

"It took place in the Woodford Library on 6th October with me taking the first half and giving a talk on How to Write Short Stories, and Kate Nivison, another local author, spoke in the second half on 'How to Write Travel Features and Get Them Published'.

The event was well attended; the audience took copious notes, were obviously interested and wanted to chat to both of us during the interval and afterwards."
